SHIPPING & DELIVERY
$12 Standard Shipping with signature Australia Wide!
We chose to use Shipping with signature for your parcels security, it is really important to us that you get your parcel! We all know how upsetting it is when our much, anticipated parcel doesn't show up or goes missing.
Regardless of how many items there are in your order, you will never pay more than $12 shipping per order. We use Australia Post eParcel Service. If we receive your order before 11am Monday - Friday AEST, and your item is IN STOCK, (we do our best to have stock on hand, but sometimes we may have to order stock in for your order, you will be notified if this is the case.) your order will be shipped the same day. Please allow delivery time thereafter. Please note we do not ship on weekend or public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery time will depend on your location. See below.
EASTERN AUSTRALIA (metro areas)
You can expect delivery within 3-4 working days.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA (metro areas)
You can expect delivery within 6-8 working days.
RURAL AND REGIONAL AREAS
Delivery to rural and regional areas generally takes up to 8 working days.
You will receive an email to track your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. Your email will contain a Tracking ID Number and a link so that you can check the delivery status of your order online with Australia Post.
Signing For Delivery Of Your Order
When your order is delivered it will require your signature. If you are not at home when your order arrives, a calling card will be left. You will be required to pick up your parcel at a designated Australia Post Shop.
Changing Your Shipping Address
Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the REDZ Workwear warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 07 3204 5597 or email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and new shipping address.
We do not ship orders on Queensland Public Holidays.
