Any orders from $99 or higher, will be offered Free Shipping!! Some rural areas may be excluded from free shipping but you will be contacted if this is the case.
Please note: if Free Shipping is selected, couriers may not knock before leaving your parcel in a safe place.
REDZ reserve the right to change or withdraw free delivery at any time.
STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer $9.95 standard shipping across Australia for orders under $99. Regardless of how many items there are in your order, you will never pay more than $9.95 shipping per order.
$12 STANDARD SHIPPING WITH SIGNATURE
Want to Know your parcel will be safe?
Choose to use shipping with signature for your parcel's security. If you are worried you may not be home to receive your parcel and think it might go missing, then select shipping with signature for peace of mind.
PACKING OF ORDERS
If we receive your order and your item is IN STOCK, (we do our best to have stock on hand, but sometimes we may have to order stock in for your order, you will be notified if this is the case.) your order will be shipped the same day. Please allow delivery time thereafter. Please note we do not ship on weekend or public holidays. Please note we can't guarantee parcel security if parcels are left in a safe place if you are not home!
Our website does not have a live stock count. If an item you have ordered is not in stock, you will be notified via email. Please check your spam and junk box if you haven't been receiving our emails.
DELIVERY TIMES
Current delivery times are experiencing delays. The below timeframes are estimates only and actual delivery times will depend on the courier and region. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery time will depend on your location. See below.
EASTERN AUSTRALIA (metro areas)
You can expect delivery within 3-4 working days.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA (metro areas)
You can expect delivery within 8-10 working days.
RURAL AND REGIONAL AREAS
Delivery to rural and regional areas generally takes 10-14 working days.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email to track your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. Your email will contain a Tracking ID Number and a link so that you can check the delivery status of your order online.
Signing For Delivery Of Your Order
When your order is delivered and requires your signature. If you are not at home when your order arrives, a calling card will be left. You will be required to pick up your parcel at a designated Pick Up Location.
Changing Your Shipping Address
Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the REDZ Workwear warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 02 6280 5885 or email sales@redzworkwear.com.au stating your order number and new shipping address.
